The 25th annual PWR Power Blue Suede Cruise was a spectacular 3-day celebration of classic automobiles, showcasing vehicles dating back to 1916 on nearly 30 acres at Summit Motorsports Park. The event featured a diverse lineup, including Nostalgia Funny Cars, Top Fuelers, and a 64-car gasser field, drawing car enthusiasts from all over. Notable highlights included Eily Stafford’s triumph in the funny car final with an impressive 5.84/254.86 pass, and Brian Spotts’ It’s Crazy Anglia earning low qualifier status in the gasser invitational. Additionally, Laurie Cannister debuted her new altered ride for Pro 7.0 competition.

A nail-biting nostalgia top fuel win came from Tyler Hilton, who edged out Mike Hilton by a mere .0012 seconds. Showcase performances continued with Brian Hope achieving a best pass of 6.36/268.44 in the iconic Rat Trap, and Tim Timoszyk impressing attendees with a stunning Willys burnout. The event also honored eight standout cars, including a remarkable display with a 1916 Ford as the oldest participant.
