Ty Tutterow continued his winning streak in the WS Construction Pro Boost category at the ProFab PDRA DragWars, taking his second consecutive victory and third overall in four final rounds. Tutterow faced off against Melanie Salemi in the final, clocking a 3.561-second pass at 209.95 mph, solidifying his points lead with one race left in the season.

Other winners included Marcus Butner in Switzer Dynamics Pro Nitrous and Ethan Steding, who triumphed in Liberty’s Gears Pro Street. Alan Drinkwater secured a win in Extreme Pro Stock, Walter Lannigan claimed victory in PDRA Pro 632, and Austin Vincent won in Super Street.

In the sportsman classes, Dewayne Silance claimed victory in MagnaFuel Elite Top Sportsman, while Steve Furr won in Laris Motorsports Insurance Elite Top Dragster. Notable moments in the Jr. Dragster classes saw Chloe Geryes win by just .008 seconds over Donald O’Meara III, and reigning champion James Beattie III defeating Kylie Varnier by a mere .003 seconds.

The final rounds highlighted Tutterow’s ambitions as he prepares for the upcoming Brian Olson Memorial World Finals. As Tutterow emphasized, consistency will be crucial going into Virginia Motorsports Park, which has historically presented challenges for him and his father. The PDRA season concludes from October 2-5 at this venue, featuring additional events like the ProStars all-star race.
