The GT World Challenge America recently took place at Virginia International Raceway (VIR), highlighting an exciting weekend of motorsport. This year’s event featured a diverse lineup, including the GT3 and GT4 cars competing in the multi-class SRO America championships, notably the GT America powered by AWS, Pirelli GT4 America, TC America, and the Toyota Gazoo Racing GR Cup North America. Enthusiasts witnessed a thrilling 90-minute double header for Pro, Am, and Pro-Am teams in the GT World Challenge, alongside two exhilarating single-driver sprint races in GT America.

VIR’s 3.27-mile, 18-turn natural terrain course provided a spectacular backdrop for the action, drawing nearly 30 competitors in the Pirelli GT4 America with two-driver 60-minute races, and additional races featuring the TC America and GR Cup series.
