MONTGOMERY, AL – The 8th Annual Moser Engineering Great American Bracket Race Dream Team Challenge presented by Renegade Race Fuels is coming up on May 14-18, 2025 at Montgomery International Dragway. This four-day event will feature a GABR USA 500K Gamblers, triple $25K’s for Top Bulb, triple $10K’s for Bottom Bulb and of course the always highly anticipated SDPC Raceshop Racing Engines Dream Team Challenge!

Wednesday GABR 500K Gamblers & Test n’ Tune
Test n’ Tune will run from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., and it is $40 to enter. The GABR 500K Gamblers is a 32-car field, race your way into the Great American USA 500K, happening October 14-18, 2025 at Montgomery International Dragway. The entry fee is $150, and entries are available to purchase HERE. The deposit is $25 with the remaining $125 due at the gate.
The winner will receive a full weekend entry – the USA 500K Main Event and the Moser Triple 40K’s, and the runner-up will receive an entry into the USA 500K Main Event.
Top Bulb $25K’s & Bottom Bulb $10K’s
All racers can compete in the Top Bulb $25K or the Bottom Bulb $10K races! Racers do NOT have to be on a Dream Team to compete in the Bottom Bulb/Top Bulb side races. These triple races will take place on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Saturday will be dedicated to the Dream Team event. These side races are pay at the gate. No pre-entry required.
Top Bulb $25Ks
Top Bulb racers will compete each day for $25,000 and runner-ups will earn $3,000. The three-day race entry fee is $600 or a single day entry is $225. There will be a buyback available 1st or 2nd round for $160. If there are more than 256 entries, it will get cut to just a 1st round buyback.
No Buyback Sunday! On Sunday, if there are 256 or more entries in Top Bulb, there will be no buybacks. If there are less than 256, there will be a 1st round buyback only.
Bottom Bulb $10Ks
Bottom Bulb racers will have the opportunity to win $10,000 each day and runner-ups will take home $2,000. The three-day race entry will be $350 or a single day will be $130. Buybacks will be available 1st or 2nd round for $130. If there are more than 140 entries, it will get cut to just a 1st round buyback.
No Buyback Sunday! On Sunday, if there are 140 or more entries in Bottom Bulb, there will be no buybacks. If there are less than 140, there will be a 1st round buyback only.
Dream Team Challenge
The SDPC Raceshop Racing Engines Dream Team Challenge presented by Renegade Race Fuels is back for 2025! The Dream Team Challenge is where teams of talented racers compete against each other to determine who is the best of the best. The sky is the limit when it comes to forming your “Dream Team” because drivers can be from anywhere you choose.
Teams are made up of five either Top Bulb or Bottom Bulb drivers. Teams will race other teams in a best of 5 rounds with the winning team advancing the next round until there is one team standing in a 100% payback main event!
Since there was so much interest in the Dream Team Challenge, they have expanded Top Bulb to 32 Teams and Bottom Bulb to 16 Teams. With 32 teams in Top Bulb, it will be a $64,000 purse and with 16 teams in Bottom Bulb, the purse will pay $24,000.
Dream Team Registration
The Dream Team Challenge is currently sold out for both top bulb and bottom bulb. If you’d like to be added to the alternate list, text Britt Cummings your information at 985-969-4901.
For Top Bulb, the team entry fee is $2,000 and for Bottom Bulb it is $1,500.
To register, there will be a deposit due at registration, and it will be $300 for Top Bulb teams and $200 for Bottom Bulb teams. The remaining entry fee balance will be due May 1, 2025.
