Top Fuel racer Shawn Reed made a triumphant return after recovering from a severe crash earlier in the season, securing victory against drag racing legend Larry Dixon with a time of 3.819 seconds. Reed expressed his emotional struggle during his comeback, but the win has reignited his confidence for the NHRA Countdown.

In Funny Car, Dan Hix celebrated a victory against Del Worsham, marking a milestone for his grassroots racing team. Hix employed a unique car setup to secure the win, crediting his support team for their assistance in tuning.

IHRA veteran Rickie Smith captured another Ironman trophy in the Pro Nitrous class, showcasing his experience by defeating Tim Molnar with a run of 3.616 seconds. In the inaugural Outlaw Pro Modified class, Brandon Pesz emerged victorious over Billy Banaka. Pesz highlighted the significance of this win as he also recorded the event’s fastest times.

Craig Sullivan added to his accolades with a win in the Pro Mod category, while Chris Powers continued his winning streak in Mountain Motor Pro Stock.
