Series Director Tyler Crossnoe noted that changes were made to help racers compete more effectively for the championship, acknowledging the high costs associated with drag racing. The 2026 season will feature only seven races, spaced further apart to enhance competition.
The season kicks off from March 25-28 at Darlington Dragway, followed by stops at Darana Motorsports Park in Benson, NC (April 16-18), Virginia Motorsports Park in Dinwiddie, VA (May 21-23), and Maryland International Raceway in Mechanicsville, MD (June 25-27). After a break in July, the series resumes at Bristol Dragway (August 6-8) and returns to Darana Motorsports Park for a second event (August 27-29), setting the stage for the World Finals.
The finals are scheduled for September 17-20 at Virginia Motorsports Park, featuring the Summit Racing ProStars all-star race, which offers substantial prizes for top competitors. Series owner Tommy Franklin expressed excitement for the upcoming season and the continued growth of the sport.
