NHRA officials have unveiled the 2026 schedule for the highly anticipated NHRA Pro Mod Drag Racing Series, featuring 10 exhilarating races. The season will kick off at the NHRA Gatornationals in Gainesville from March 5-8, followed by a return to Firebird Motorsports Park for the NHRA Arizona Nationals on March 20-22. The series will continue with a four-wide race in Charlotte on April 24-26 and make its debut at South Georgia Motorsports Park from May 1-3. The class will then race at Route 66 Raceway in Chicago from May 14-17, culminating its regular season at Bristol Dragway on June 12-14.

After a summer hiatus, the Pro Mod series will enter a four-race “Road to the Championship” playoff, starting during the prestigious NHRA U.S. Nationals over Labor Day Weekend in Indianapolis. A second playoff event remains to be determined, leading up to the season finale at World Wide Technology Raceway in St. Louis (Oct. 2-4) and The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (Oct. 29-Nov. 1).

As the current 2025 season concludes with an exciting race in Las Vegas, Billy Banaka leads the points in pursuit of his first world championship, closely followed by Derek Menholt and Mike Stavrinos. Further NHRA schedules for additional specialty series will be released soon. For updates, visit www.nhra.com.
