At the 2025 Denso NHRA Sonoma Nationals, Brittany Force, after achieving the fastest run in NHRA history, claimed her first Mission #2Fast2Tasty Challenge victory, defeating Justin Ashley with a blistering 3.869-second run at 324.75 mph. This win marks a highlight in Force’s stellar season, having already set a world record with a 3.645 at 343.16 mph earlier in the weekend. She now faces points leader Shawn Langdon in the upcoming race day.

In Funny Car, Ron Capps triumphed over Matt Hagan in the Challenge final, running 3.904 seconds at 324.20 mph. This victory is Capps’ second in the series, showcasing his strong form leading into the Sonoma event. Hagan, who remains the No. 1 qualifier, aims for his first Sonoma win.

Dallas Glenn set records in Pro Stock, winning the Challenge with a remarkable 6.471-second run, taking the No. 1 qualifier spot and achieving a track record. He edged out Cody Coughlin’s run of 6.501 seconds. Glenn has been dominant this season, looking to maintain momentum into eliminations, where he meets Kenny Delco.

In Pro Stock Motorcycle, Matt Smith secured the GETTRX Callout win, while Richard Gadson earned his first career No. 1 qualifier title. Eliminations commence at 10:30 a.m. PT on Sunday.
