At the 71st annual Cornwell Quality Tools NHRA U.S. Nationals at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, Brittany Force, Jack Beckman, Greg Anderson, and Gaige Herrera all retained their No. 1 qualifying spots, setting the stage for Monday’s eliminations. Beckman achieved a standout time of 3.865 seconds at 332.26 mph, marking his fifth top qualifying position of the year, while aiming for a third victory at this coveted event. Funny Car points leader Austin Prock clinched the PlayNHRA Funny Car All-Star Callout, beating Ron Capps to secure his first career bonus race and the No. 2 qualifying spot.

In Top Fuel, Force’s impressive run of 3.666 seconds at 339.79 mph, the fastest of the weekend, positioned her as the frontrunner. She expressed confidence heading into race day, seeking her maiden U.S. Nationals triumph. Anderson topped Pro Stock with a time of 6.491 seconds, tying Warren Johnson for the most No. 1 qualifiers in class history. He is closely followed in points by teammate Dallas Glenn.

In Pro Stock Motorcycle, Herrera maintained his momentum, achieving a 6.738-second run, thereby breaking his own track E.T. record. This marks his fourth top qualifier of the season, putting him in contention for the regular-season championship. Eliminations will commence at 10 a.m. ET on Monday.
