The 2025 Fling Series season will resume from August 27-31 with the inaugural Summit Racing Equipment Fling at Norwalk, Ohio, hosted by Summit Motorsports Park. This event will gather 415 top bulb competitors alongside 32 bottom bulb racers, supported by Laris Motorsports Insurance. Racing kicks off on Wednesday with OEM Combustion Service Day, allowing competitors to make time runs, with the top 16 earning spots in a $5K Shootout. A dragster vs. door car contest will also take place, where the winner receives a new Race Tech dragster chassis.

The main events feature two $50,000-to-win races on Friday and Saturday, culminating in a $30,000 finale on Sunday. Competitors will also vie for championship points in both the Robco Residential Box and No-Box Points Funds, with awards including trophies and cash prizes.

Event attendees can enjoy the complete “Fling experience,” which includes more than $50,000 in giveaways, such as early round payouts, slicks from Hoosier and Mickey Thompson, and free ice cream for those who buy back in. A special Fling Kids Easter Egg Hunt will offer prizes like scooters and RC cars. For fans unable to attend, live coverage will be available on the @RaceTheFlings YouTube channel, featuring advanced filming techniques like drone footage.
