Don Davis Race Cars (DDRC), in collaboration with Hughes Motorsports and driver Doug Foley Jr., has launched the DDRC Bracket “Eliminator” Roadster, a cutting-edge vehicle designed specifically for bracket racing. Early production has commenced, emphasizing stability, consistency, and adaptiveness—critical factors for success in rigorous racing environments.

Scott Anderson, owner of DDRC, highlights that the roadster incorporates extensive input from championship racers, ensuring every detail from chassis setup to driver comfort is optimized for performance. Key features include a 4-link chassis geometry, lightweight strut front end, customized ergonomic adjustments, and an ideal weight distribution.

Built on a robust 4130 Chromoly chassis with a 105-inch wheelbase, the Eliminator weighs around 2,150 pounds with a Big Block Chevy engine. Noteworthy components include a custom Moser Engineering rear housing, pre-welded chassis tabs for easy setup, and a modern carbon fiber interior.

Feedback from seasoned racers, such as Jim Hughes, underscores the roadster’s quality and design, stating it combines desired features without unnecessary elements. Doug Foley Jr. emphasizes the crucial predictability and stability of the Eliminator, essential for competitive racing.

Production is currently underway in Salisbury, NC, with strong interest from racers eager to enhance their performance. Interested parties are encouraged to reserve a build slot early. For more information, contact Scott Anderson via phone or email.
